4. Preparation before use
Remove all packaging, clean and dry the water tank, filter, drip tray.
Inject cold water into the water tank to the MAX line and reinstall the main unit.
Plug in the power and the indicator light will be on; turn the knob to the "coffee" position and preheat for 45 seconds until the indicator light is on.
First time use:
Note: Vacuum must be used for the first time;
Power on�Click Start, turn the right knob counterclockwise to the steam pattern position, wait 15 seconds, and then return to the original position: "0".
5. Making Espresso
Take off the handle and put in an appropriate amount of coffee powder (7 g for a single cup / 14 g for a double cup).
Use a tamper to flatten and compress, and wipe off any remaining powder on the edges.
Replace the handle and tighten it clockwise.
Place the preheated coffee cup under the water spout.
Turn the knob to the "coffee" position and start extraction; it takes about 25 seconds for a single cup and about 30 seconds for a double cup to obtain 25-30 ml / 50-60 ml concentrated liquid.
After extraction, turn the knob to "off" to avoid over-extraction.
6. Making Cappuccino
Follow step five to complete the Espresso extraction.
Pour 1/3 of the refrigerated whole milk into the raffia cup.
After preheating is completed, turn the knob to the "steam" position and wait until the steam light is always on.
Open the steam knob and spray for 2 seconds to drain the condensed water.
Insert the steam nozzle diagonally under the milk surface 1cm, turn on the steam knob and hear a "beep" sound, forming a vortex; turn it off when the temperature is about 65°C.
Wipe the nozzle with a towel and spray for 1 second to clean.
Slowly pour the whipped milk foam into the Espresso to complete the classic cappuccino of 1/3 coffee, 1/3 milk, and 1/3 milk foam.
7. Cleaning and maintenance
Daily: Take out the drip tray, water tank, and steam nozzle, rinse with clean water and dry.
Weekly: Use a soft brush to clean the filter screen and handle, and check whether the safety valve is blocked.
Monthly: Use 1:10 white vinegar solution to do the "descaling procedure" - fill the water tank to MAX, turn the knob to "coffee", empty 2 cups and let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water 3 times continuously.
Long-term use: drain the water tank and boiler residual water and place them in a dry and ventilated place.
8. Safety warning
Must use a grounded power outlet.
The boiler is at high temperature during operation. Do not touch metal parts to avoid steam burns.
Do not immerse in water for cleaning; only use a damp cloth to clean the main unit.Wipe.
If you find that the power cord is damaged, the machine has fallen, or there is abnormal noise, immediately cut off the power and contact after-sales service.
Children and people with disabilities must use it under the guidance of a guardian.
